Anxiety is not our fault. There are many factors that contribute to developing a mind that is prone to intense anxiety. If you have such a mind, you can do some things to change the way the mind works. Research shows that practicing kindness and compassion soothes experiences of fear, while self-critical thoughts tend to intensify them. If you become frustrated with your anxious reactions or constantly try to talk yourself out of your anxiety, it may be time to try a different approach. 

The evidence based program will help you learn to be kinder to yourself while you soothe your anxious impulses. The training is 8 weeks long and is going to take place in Limburg in a small group, of maximum 5 persons. Every session is a combination of short theoretical introduction and practice. The meetings are planned once per week with a duration of 1,5 hours. The price of the training inclusive VAT is 300 euro. A big part of the price can be reimbursed by the insurance companies in case of supplementary insurance.
